We review files within 24 hours and confirm manufacturability.
Step 2: DFM Review
Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review identifies geometry, tolerance, and material concerns before production.
You receive clear feedback and an optimized quotation for material, process, and lead time.
Step 3: Manufacturing
Parts are produced by vetted suppliers in India under a controlled plan.
Operations include CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding, and surface finishing.
Progress is tracked and documented.
Step 4: Inspection
Each batch is measured before dispatch.
A dimensional report and visual inspection photos are included.
Independent third-party inspectors are engaged when required for tight tolerance or certification-critical parts.
Step 5: Delivery
Finished parts are shipped from India to the EU via tracked logistics.
Air shipments: 3–6 days.
Sea shipments: 25–35 days.
Incoterms: DAP or DDP — single invoice in EUR for simplified customs and accounting.
